Just your email address, plus a few technical details about your signup: status (pending / confirmed / unsubscribed), roughly which link you signed up from, and the date/time you signed up, confirmed, or unsubscribed. Nothing else — no name, no address, no tracking across other sites.
To send you occasional email updates from Dan about new music, gigs and tour dates, and related merch or ticket offers. That's the only use — your email is never sold, shared, or used for anything beyond this list.
Your consent, given by submitting the signup form and then confirming via the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in — nothing is sent until you confirm). You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.
In a private, access-controlled file, not a public database or third-party mailing platform's shared infrastructure.
You can unsubscribe any time via the link in every email. If you'd like your record deleted entirely rather than just marked unsubscribed, reply to any email from this list and ask — that request is handled directly by Dan, normally within 30 days.
